Baked Sandwiches with Pesto


Do you get tired of plain sandwiches? I know I do. I decided one day to make baked sandwiches. They were so yummy! I could eat one every day. This is kind of a non-recipe but more of a method.

Baked Sandwiches with Pesto

ciabatta rolls
sliced turkey
sliced ham
provolone cheese
sliced tomatoes
pesto

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Split rolls and spread a bit of pesto on each half of the bread. Layer turkey, ham, cheese and tomato on the roll. Wrap sandwich in foil and place in the oven on a cookie sheet for a few minutes until nice and toasty. About 5-10 minutes should be fine. Then enjoy!

These are so yummy! These taste just as good as something you'd get in a restaurant only much cheaper.
