I love fajitas and this is a super simple way to fix them. They are so good! I was very impressed with how good they turned out and we'll be making them often. These would be great for meal prep as well. One Pan Oven Chicken Fajitas Ingredients: 2 pounds of chicken tenders 2 bell peppers, sliced into strips (any color will do, I chose green and yellow) 1 1/2 red onion, cut in half and then slice each half into strips 2 tablespoons of olive oil 4 cloves of garlic, minced 1 tablespoon chili powder 3/4 tsp cumin dash of cayenne pepper 1 tsp of mexican oregano 1 tablespoon lime juice salt to taste Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and place a large sheet pan in the oven to also be heating up while the oven is preheating.
