This is my first real menu plan! Yay! I usually fly by the seat of my pants so lets see how this works out this week.
This is my menu plan for the week. I will post recipes as they are made. I have about three new things I am making. I haven't really accounted for leftovers in here so they may be eaten on Saturday.
Vegetable lo mein
served with chicken tenders (these are bought at an a local warehouse type store and I will fry or bake them)
grilled chicken tenders
Eat at church
tex mex rice
creamy corn, avocado and tomato salad
or chicken tortilla soup
