My middle child is 5 and in Kindergarten. We start our spring break this weekend so his class asked for the parents to bring in green foods to celebrate St. Patrick's day early. I figured that most people would bring cookie and cake type things so I thought I'd do some kind of fruit but wanted to do something fun. So I bought some kiwi and used my small clover cookie cutter to make clover kiwi! I think they turned out pretty cute and I hope his classmates enjoy eating the green clovers.
