Crockpot Southwestern Taco Chili Ingredients: 1 pound of Velveeta cubed or 2 8oz packages of the Velveeta Shreds 1 ½ pounds of ground beef, cooked 1 can of cream style corn 2 cans of Rotel 1 tsp cumin 1 pkg of taco seasoning Combine all ingredients in your crockpot. Cook on High for 3 hours or Low for 4-5. Serve with desired toppings. Some suggestions are tortilla chips or strips, sour cream, jalapenos, and avocadoes.
