It is so easy to customize. <br /><br />One thing to remember though is that each new variation NEEDS its own name. If I name it, my family thinks its a wonderful new creation instead of a mutation of a basic recipe. When I use shredded zucchini and carrot with crumbled bacon and swiss, I call it Confetti Quiche. When I use chicken, broccoli and mushroom, it is Divan Quiche. Anything with spinach or other greens (which I sneak in often) is a Florentine Quiche. Onion, sausage and potato is Farmer Quiche.
